Shipping

Due to COVID-19 only ground shipping is available at this time, some shipping delays may occur.

Most orders process and ship within 1-3 business days of payment and oftentimes, your shipment will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

shipping available in the contiguous USA (no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii)

no International shipping available.

Branches cannot take responsibility once packages are left at your shipping address. Branches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to replace it.

 

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

All online exchanges or return for store credit must be approved before sending. Please email [email protected] and advise us of what you would like to return. Any returned items must be in original condition and unused. Customer must pay to return the unwanted items

We allow Exchange for store credit within 15 days of receipt and with a copy of the original invoice.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Once return is approved and returned to the shop, we will mail you a gift card with your store credit amount that you can use for future purchases online or instore.

You cannot purchase an item online and then return it in person to the shop. All online returns must be made through the online channel the purchase originated upon.

Any promo codes or coupons that were used for original purchase cannot be credited for future use.

If an item is defective please contact us and we will either replace it or credit your account for the original purchase price.

If an item was damaged in shipping please email us and we will replace it or credit your account for the original purchase price.

No sales tax was added to your order since we are based in Portland, Oregon.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Food items, Body, Face and Bath Care items are not returnable.
